Mr. Wosick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in 1984 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico in 1989. While in law school, Mr. Wosick received the Lewis F. Powell Award for Advocacy and was a member of the mock trial team that won the Western Regional competition and competed at the National Mock Trial Team Competition. Mr. Wosick is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state and federal courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico; the New Mexico Defense Lawyer’s Association; and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Wosick’s practice focuses primarily on jury and non-jury matters including commercial litigation, trucking litigation, uninsured motorist arbitrations, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, veterinarian malpractice, insurance bad faith and construction law. Mr. Wosick has tried over 30 jury trials and over 50 bench and administrative trials.
Mr. Wosick also works as a mediator in cases involving personal injury, property damage, professional liability, and insurance disputes.
