Mr. Jahner graduated from law school in 1992 and started his career serving as a law clerk to Justice Beryl J. Levine at the North Dakota Supreme Court. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Jahner worked for a personal injury law firm in Fargo, North Dakota. Mr. Jahner has been litigating tort and civil rights cases on behalf of private jail and prison contractors and on behalf of various New Mexico governmental entities since his arrival to New Mexico in 1997. During the course of nearly three decades of complex litigation practice, he has tried numerous cases in both state district court and in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
